Content: Every care has been taken to follow your instructions throughout the production of this job, but the final responsibility for accuracy of this proof rests with you, the client. Once you have submitted this form with an approval, you have given us the go ahead to move forward and produce files ready for printing by your vendor. If there are any errors on the final artwork, of any kind, which were not alerted to us prior, it is solely the client’s responsibility. Please check the proofs thoroughly as liability by Graphik Jam, Inc. is limited to corrections only as indicated PRIOR to this final proof.

Color: At Graphik Jam, Inc., we do our best to match the printed colors to the colors on our own calibrated screens and printing vendors. However, since all devices display color differently, and all printing systems as well, we cannot guarantee final printed colors will match what YOU see on your screens exactly. This also applies to any self-printed proofs you may have examined. There is an acceptable range of color shifting that can occur with any printed piece. All 4-color printing is done at high speeds, and on several different types of printing presses. Our goal is to provide “acceptable” color for all pieces. Even the same piece printed at a different time can yield slightly different color shifts. Most of these variations are not noticeable to most people however. Since you are printing this piece with your vendor(s), we have no idea what final color might look like. We recommend requesting color proofs from your vendor prior to printing.

Layout: Please make sure all pages are accounted for, page numbering is correct, table of contents are accurate, etc.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER APPROVAL

After we receive your final approval, we will prepare and email you a special PDF file that you may provide your printer. You will be responsible for conveying what you want directly with the printer. If changes are needed to the file, please let us know and we will work with them to get them what they want.
